Our Commitment
Innovative Tomato is committed to providing a website that is accessible to all users, regardless of technology or ability. We view accessibility as an ongoing effort and actively work to maintain and improve the usability of our digital platform.
Conformance Status
This website was designed and developed to align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA standards.
Measures Taken to Support Accessibility
During the design and build process, the following measures were implemented to support accessibility:
-
- Integrating accessibility best practices into our web design and development process
- Verifying keyboard navigation and color contrast ratios during initial development
- Ensuring page layouts, forms, and media elements support assistive technologies
- Compliance testing using the WAVE Web Accessibility Evaluation Tool at site launch
Known Limitations
While core site features are built to accessible standards, third-party tools or user-uploaded media added over time may present accessibility limitations:
- Legacy Media & Documents: Legacy or user-uploaded PDF files or downloadable assets may not fully conform to accessibility standards.
- Social Media Feeds: Embedded feeds from third-party platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) are governed by external vendors and may present accessibility barriers outside our control.
